Grammar Note:
The suffixes -wan and -wati, both borrowed from Sanskrit, can be added to a small number of words distinguishing male and female, although -wan can also be used for both genders. Cf. Sneddon 1.105-6.
The preposition terhadap can translate to various prepositions in English, including "to", "on", "against", "at", "in", and "over". However, the basic meaning "directed at" is almost always discernible. Cf. Sneddon 2.128.
